How do i reset the speed dials?


Reset? In the grand scheme of things you could "reset" them if you have a TA-824 or better system. Why not just program over them? It's easier. In a TA-824 or TAW-848 you go into the maintenance tool and put blank data over the top of the existing names and numbers.

I have a dyer but need to know how to wire the the back cord into unit


The following link explains both the 3 and 4 prong wiring schemes for a 220VAC appliance:

TO REPLACE IT IS EASY OPEN TILT OPEN TAKE OFF THE TRIM AND 4 TORX SCREWS HOLD IT INPLACE
