Mp3 wont respond to anything...

i have a Samsung YP-Q1 with the same problem. i soon found out that the data cable was damaged. maybe yours is too. check.

Never charge any equipment which has water log.This may cause worse damage to the equipment and you may get shock too.The only way is you can take it to the authorized Samsung service person and they will remove the water log and check for damages in the circuit board.If the board is damaged too much no other go it cannot be used again.If minor problem service person can handle it.

Might be a lost cause, but you could try putting it in a bag of dried rice. Maybe for a day or two. You should have done this right after it came out of the washer so I'm not sure it will do anything. It's worth a try though.

Reset, upgrade the firmware - if the problem persists then this is a hardware issue and will require replacing. Sry.
