I accidently droped it into water and now when i turn it on it wont stop vibrating what can i do to stop the vibrations?

Usually the buzzing means the computer board is fried inside. You can try to change the battery and hope it is just the battery - but usually the constant buzzing means it is now R.I.P. Sorry

Samsung d900 vibrates when off

most times when mobile have water damage for a period of time, it is very hard for them to be working even after being service.
You both should take the phones to either a mobile tech or mobile service center and have them try to fully service the phones.
