You can visit a Samsung repair store and replace the vibration sensor. It wont cost you much

go to near cell reparing shope or the show room and cheak it out ur vibraters conections

Usually the buzzing means the computer board is fried inside. You can try to change the battery and hope it is just the battery - but usually the constant buzzing means it is now R.I.P. Sorry

did the phone get wet at all?

Turn up the volume. Vibration is the lowest volume.

the ******** contacts on the board are short .... you will have to either give away the ******** or wait till i find a solution for it which will be soon

looks like the color wheel its bad in the set,color wheel its not spining at its proper speed( one of the segments may be broken)
thats the vibration you are hearing.. and the set its trying to turn on..until you replace the wheel you will be able to watch tv again.

most times when mobile have water damage for a period of time, it is very hard for them to be working even after being service.
You both should take the phones to either a mobile tech or mobile service center and have them try to fully service the phones.
