sounds like missing weight or needs adjustment

i used to have that same propblem with my kenwood my dad took it my car somewhere to get my radio looked at they said something like there was dust on the eye that lights up it it to read the disc and sometimes it gets in the way and makes the cd skip

the Laser assembly in the Player Mechanism could be dirty.....if so you can access this by removing the external covering and gently swabing the lense with a Q-Tip lightly moistened with a small amount of alcohol.

also make sure the disk is pretty clean....some CD players seem to be sensitive to even the slightest imperfection in the disk.

The skipping happens because the lens is weak,to solve this problem open the cd player so you can see the lens.Clean the lens with cotton wool dabbed in a little methylated spirit(wipe carefully).This should stop the skipping.

If the skipping continues then the lens is too weak to play CD's so it is best that you change the lens of your CD player.

The vibrations from your speakers are too big so it makes your CD skip (try moving the speakers farther away from your radio)

My CD player starts to jump after a few minutes and also it doesn't recognise certain CD original disks

this may sound funny, but it worked in my car, put a foam sleeve around it- so that the unit it sitting on the foam and not "hanging" there, the steadiness of the unit will help it not skip. you may even use the floral foam arrangement blocks cut down to size.

what did u mean by cd's jumping... is it physically jumping.. or is it skipping ...?
Mostly it wud be the wear and tear of the rubber inside.. rubber inside in the sense the motor's belt..

If your lasers eye is dirty the just use a cd/calibrater disc They are cheap and the have a small brush with hairs on the disc that clean the surface of the eye.
