There is a free third party software out there called CmosPwd that should do the trick.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

RTM - Read The Manual

Get online and got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "Toshiba Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating system when requested. Look for Manuals and scan them for password.

If you choose to set a supervisor or user password, TOSHIBA
strongly recommends that you save your password in a location
where you can later access it should you not remember it.
TOSHIBA is not responsible for any losses that may occur to you, your
organization or others as a result of the inability to access your
computer.

To delete a supervisor password:
1 Click Start, All Programs, TOSHIBA, Utilities, and then
TOSHIBA Assist.
The TOSHIBA Assist window appears.
2 On the left side, click the Secure tab.
3 Click the Supervisor Password icon.
The Supervisor Password tab of the TOSHIBA Password
Utility window appears.
4 Click Not Registered.
A pop-up screen appears asking for a password.
5 Enter the password, then click OK.
6 Click OK to exit.
7 Restart the system to complete the process.

Beeps usually mean that the bios detected a problem with the hardware. It could be the processor, memory, video card, or something else. It all depends on how long or short the beeps are and in what sequence they are in.

If you could respond with the length and sequence of the beeps, a more definitive soloution can be reached.

The bios will and does not affect battery charging. Battery charging is carried out before the system and is a switch mode charger on board before the processing. If it required the processor to work and a bios, it would not charge when switched off!
I would suspect the OEM battery for the flashing light but the laptop should switch on with just mains power.
    Has it been overheated?

Need to remove a bios password on a toshiba satellite L675

basically your only option is to take it to a Toshiba dealer or repair depot with proof f ownership. Then they can reset things for you. Some charge for this, some don't but most shops want to make sure you own it which is why you need the bill of sale. It only takes a minutes and uses a master password (you won't find that out on the net anywhere )so unless they are certified by Toshiba a shop won;t have this.
It is a pain to have to do to reset it but the password is stored on a chip on the motherboard and other than replacing ihe chip this is the only way around it.

How do i reset my bios hdd on toshiba satellite l675

Just open the back cover and remove the RTC battery and it that will all reset the BIOS settings including password to manufacturer's default.By the way, HDD has nothing more to do with the BIOS. The BIOS just sets what device will boot first in terms of drives and monitors and anticipates the failure of your HDD by using SMART.
