Sounds like a mechanical problem--in other words, the inside of the mouse is dirty. Probably has dust and stuff.
I'd suggest removing the base and trying to get all foreign matter out of it. Blow it out with compressed air.

My mouse model # mg-0133 continuously stops working through out the day. It has new batteries and I'm continuously taking out the battery and popping back in and it works again.

Most wireless mice and keyboards go into sleep mode to save on battery power when not used for a while. Clicking one of the mouse buttons wakes it up again. This is probably what's happening to your mouse.

Does each mouse have a connector to pc? I have an HP @MG-0637T that was given to me without any connection (usb port). Does it require one?

Yes of course it has connector. There are two types of connection, wired and wireless connection. Since your mouse is wireless, it needs a bluetooth connection between your computer. Make sure that the computer you will be using has a bluetooth capable function.
