Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: wire less keyboard and mouse

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud

Sounds like a mechanical problem--in other words, the inside of the mouse is dirty. Probably has dust and stuff.
I'd suggest removing the base and trying to get all foreign matter out of it. Blow it out with compressed air.

Paper pulls to the left and won't load properly to print

Without knowing what brand/model printer you have, I can only guess... Inkjet paper has a coating on it that can over time make the rollers slippery. You can clean these rollers by taking a sheet of cardstock, lightly spraying it with alcohol, and running it through the printer several times. Run a dry sheet through afterwards to make sure the rollers are dry....

Hi friend , make sure you have install the proper driver of it, if you don't have the driver or you don't know what is the exact driver, then my suggestion is you can install windows 7 operating system then i am sure it will work, or you can check it out by connecting a different computer where windows 7 is installed. make sure the usb port is working fine also.

Does each mouse have a connector to pc? I have an HP @MG-0637T that was given to me without any connection (usb port). Does it require one?

Yes of course it has connector. There are two types of connection, wired and wireless connection. Since your mouse is wireless, it needs a bluetooth connection between your computer. Make sure that the computer you will be using has a bluetooth capable function.

Mouse will only move left and right not up and down

Your mouse is not detected when boot occur.
It could be that your mouse wire lacks of continuity.
It also could be that the driver is corrupted.

Things to do:

Do continuity testing for your mouse wire.
Reinstall driver of your mouse.
Restart the Computer

are you using the mouse on a mouse mat because you get this prob if the place you are using the mouse is greasy or dust are you using an infra red mouse or does it have a ball in the bottom if it has a ball in the bottom a rubber one undo the clip holding the ball in tip it up so the ball comes out you should now see three rollers the one at top is up n down and one at side is left and right the third is just to hold the ball against the other two all these rollers should be smooth usually they get a build up of dirt in the middle of each roler scratch this of with your finger do this with comp on and try rubbing the rollers up and down and see if the mouse is moving on the scrren how it should clean all three of these rollers check theball is clean and not greasy if you can move the pointer using you fingers on the rollers then you know the problem is not your mouse so put back together then the only other thing could be wrong is the mouse mat you will need to replace this or clean it properly try using the mouse on a book and see if this is any better if you have infra red mouse you dont need mouse mat and should have no problem if you still have problems post back and i will try again hope this is some help to you ............................................
