Somewhere on the router there must be reset button or a small whole with reset text written next to it, if it is a button press it, if it is a hole than use a small pin insert into the hole and push you will feel that a small button pressed inside.
Next thing you want to do is open the router login page, depending on the router model you can google for admin login page, also you can check the sticker on the router, most of them have the login details printed there, otherwise just google for it using the make and model.
