Switch off the power supply
Note: Electricity can cause serious injury even Death.
Isolate your power supply from the mains switchboard.
Switch off and Unplug your appliance from the wall socket before attempting any repairs.

After Isolating your appliance from the main switchboard,
Turn of the water mains if easy.

Have the new part ready to install and make sure its the right one for the job.
Have a good supply of tools at the ready, at least have a good screwdriver set, an adjustable spanner, a monkey wrench or vice grips. (you might not need these)
Begin by loosening the screw/bolt holding the wash-arm in place, there may be a cap on it, its in the center of the propeller/wash-arm.
Remove the bolt/screw and the wash-arm should come off, it may need some encouragement as they are often pressed on tight.

I hope this Helps a bit...

DO NOT attempt to dismantle the Dishwasher any further yourself unless you are a registered electrician or a qualified serviceman.
If its still under warranty call the manufacturer or the store it was purchased from, they can arrange a serviceman for you.
Good luck and Take Care

Just put handle on windtunnel u6401-9rm and the self propelled switch will not flip into self propel mode. is there an adjustment on the self propel part?

When installing the handle on this machine, you must be sure the on/off switch and the self propel button are both in the OFF position. The actual switch inside must also be OFF, and the metal fitting on the end of the power drive cable should be between the two lines molded into the plastic. After it is re-assembled, it is sometimes necessary to wiggle the handle up and down a bit to engage or disengage the drive button.

Undoubtably. I don't think you are going to have much joy Win 7 doesn't play well with the USB layer, and old drivers... You could try, installing in Admin mode, set compatability for XP SP2, & run all/any .exe as Admin too.

Ex40-2 slow on one track motor, may be loosing digging power when working hard, have change hydraulic filter and track motors oil

I am assuming this is a Hitachi EX40-2 mini-excavator. Two tests that need to be run. First is the propel motor pressure equal to both propels? Secondly, but possibly more important is to check the slow propel motor for excessive case drain. This would indicate the propel motor is worn out. Find in your hitachi service manual the accepted amount of case drain for that model, disconnect the case drain line from the propel motor and cap the line. Install another hose to the case drain port with the other end in a 5 gallon bucket. Start machine and run propel for 30 seconds. Shut off and check amount of oil in bucket as compared to acceptable amount of leakage from machine spec book. All this does is measure the amount of leakage past the propel motor slippers, which gives an indication of excessive wear tolerances. Replace propel motor if needed.

How do we replace propeller on super cub?

The spinner is simply pressed on. Pull the spinner directly forward while firmly holding the plane at the firewall. Once removed hold the prop by hand and use a wrench to loosen the prop nut. The propeller should slid off but may need to be unscrewed.
To re-install, just reverse procedure. The prop needs to be firm or snug only. Do not over tighten. Be sure to press the spinner back on lined up with the prop blades. Then go fly

Self propel belt is too tight to put back on

the best way to install it is to put it on the motor shaft first and then to start putting it on the large pulley at the top and roll it on these belts can be hard to put on.

Install self propelled belt

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. Usually the self propelled vacuum have 2 belts and you should replace them both 2 the same time 1st the self propelled belt and then the brushroll belt. Normally you would hook the belt on the pulley side of the brushroll or self propelled unit and then stretch the belt onto the motor pulley side of the motor using a belt puller or a screwdriver with a bend on the end for pulling and or stretching either belt onto the motor pulley. If you have a problem please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer.

So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.

Need help installing belt on Hoover self propelled upright vacuum

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. Hoover Ultra U6430-900 Wind Tunnel Bagged Upright. The best way to install the belt on a Hoover to replace one or both of the belts @ the same time for the best cleaning. The average belt change is every 4 to 6 months for best results. There is a tool that looks like a screwdriver that has a right or left angle on the end that serves as a belt puller and to hook the belt(s) onto the brushroll 1st and then take your puller and then pull or stretch the belt onto the motor pulley. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.
