Try and download the latest verion of Flash from www.flash.com once you download and it tells you that it is installed.
Close your browser and go to Youtube again.. You should now be able to watch them... If not also update your java at www.java.com

Open Internet Explorer
Click on TOOLS ( menu bar )
click on Internet Options
Under Connections Tab Under Dialup and Virtual Private Network Setting
If you find any dialer - highlight it and delete.
Click on LAN Settings Below - Check if it is Automatically Detect Internet Connection - Click Ok - Close the Window and try to browse
