Go to controll panel touch the print button on the left bottom, touch print queue, it will ask for password which is 8 zeros. touch print job and hit cancel

Most Likely a Tech.
Order your drum unit from PrecisionRoller.com then look at it to see if you can do it yourself. I'm a Canon guy but I think that on this machine it's not to bad. Open your front door on the machine and look it over. There may be some plugs to unplug etc.

1. Press the "Function", "Copy", and "3" keys simultaneously in that order to enter the Service Mode.
2. “Input the password” to enter the Service Mode (default password is 00000000, except for C322/
C262 which do not require a password).
3. Press "7", and then “Start” keys to enter the F7 Service Mode (counter ).
4. Check the entry for the option 01 that will be you password

You most likely have a bad feed motor. It's located mid right rear behind big PC board and mounting plate. It's a job for a technician.
