Coupling teeth??? Replace coupling, if the teeth on the blade part of the coupling are also damaged then you will need to replace the blade assy as well as that coupling only comes with the blades.

I need a replacement cutting blade section for this awesome blender!

You may find it at www.ereplacemenet.com. I have found rare parts of all kinds there.
They take a while to get to you because they look for them and usually find them. But if you really want them you'll get them.

Part "i" , the plastic(nylon) tooth part on my Braun PowerMax Blender, type 4184, broke and I need to find a replacement part. The Braun Service website was useless. Can you help? ...

www.smallappliance.com. you can order a new blender blade which has the white nylon teeth or you can order the coupling which is the black teeth that the jar sits on. NOTE: the black one is easy to replace, but getting the screws out of the base is the hard part.

Seems like motor has lost power

This sounds like the black rubber coupler has broken. The teeth often get knocked off. Have a look at the part shown in hte pictures here:

Plastic pieces on glass jar and base are worn out and shaved down

I did the same thing. Order parts at thegourmetdepotco.com -- This problem is caused when you put the rubber gasket underneath the blade instead of above it. This causes two problems: 1. It lifts the teeth on the jar away from the teeth on the drive gear, which can grind down and break off the teeth, and 2. If the drive gear contacts the rubber gasket, it will melt the rim of the drive gear. In the future, to reassemble the jar after cleaning, first put the rubber gasket on the jar, then the blade, lastly screw on the base ring.

Blender-motor side 6-lug interface with pitcher shattered. Replacement part avail?

Is the shattered part able to be "recreated" with a bit of superglue or similar? not to use as such, but just so you could take it to any reasonably competent machine shop and get them to copy it in a similar material. Try http://www.tritronicsinc.com/aca.html and they may be able to help with a relatively common replacement part such as this. Another route to go is to try and find a similar model that isn't working and cannibalise - any local domestic electrical repair shop might be worth a try, or internet exchange forums. Good luck
