Can send but will not receive

This isn't a problem with the computer, but rather how you have the mail set up.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Check with your ISP to see what thier configuration settings are. You may be able to find them online (at work or at a friends) or when you phone via an automated menu.
You need to set up your TCP/IP and configure your email software. If you can get emails but not send them it's probably an issue with SMTP. Make sure you've got the right port and check with your ISP whether SSl is required.
I bit hard to understand if you're new or not initiated. Take heart, you can find these instructions online at most ISP's website as this is a fairly common problem.
