My uv8 wont eject my disk

the day i intalled my brand new jensen uv8 everything was working fine i even did the parking brake bypass and was able to watch movies and all so i went on a road trip from coast to coast and during my trip i put in a music cd/rw and it plays and all but it wont eject its been a year with the same disk stuck inside at times i want to just smash the whole unit into a million pieces..........

everytime i press the eject button it tries to eject it, it makes noise and all then it stops and just plays the same freaking disk.
is there a way to eject the cd manually??????????????
