Engine noise&popping Inspeakerswhen I turn the engine on.

sounds like a supression problem ,you should mention vehicle , model age etc as will help with being able to give a more comprehensive answer. Most "noise " comes from other electrical component's ie alternator , coil, coilpack , these usually have supression built in depending on vehicle age or model , so vehicle info is critical

I have a 2006 Freestar with a 3.9 Engine . When it is cold it has a miss when i step on it. But it gets better when it starts to warm up. Almost seems like a spark plug miss

Spark Plugs ---change at 70,000 miles
O2 Sensors--change at 100,000 miles (front 2 only)
Gas Filter--every 3 years/30,000 miles
Air Filter ---every 3 years/blow off once every year
MAF Sensor---Clean once a year or more often

Ignition Coils--- most definitely will go bad,at
least 1 a year. (Any Check Lights or Codes ? )

When cold, it isn't in closed-loop, and runs on
Long Term Fuel Trim--not on O2 Sensors ,until

Let it warm up at least 4 minutes in cold weather,
go light on the gas for first 2 miles

Connecting an amplifier to the built-in front loader

You simply need a line level convertor.
It is tapped into the rear speaker(s) wire and converts the signal into a low-level RCA output your amplifier can use.
A good one will have a noise supression circuit built in.

try pushing the 4 wires on the radio supression relay into the connector, then try starting it... does it start, run, then die? those connectors ****, i've had the same prob. have you let it huff on some ether? (starting fluid) does it come to life? that would confirm weather or not it its fuel related. my 740 i was loosing voltage to my injectors 10 volts and under, causeing them to inttermittantly not fire, caused by a bad connection at that supression relay.
