I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy
paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print
button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it
will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I
have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there
over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this
way, saving costly repairs.

The IP address is usually assigned by your router using DHCP. I assume you are trying to print to the printer from your PC and it won't go. Go into your router using IE and look for the IP address assigned to the printer and write it down. Exit IE.
Next, go into Control Panel>Printers and choose the IBM printer. Go to Properties and choose Configure Port. Enter the correct IP address, hit apply and exit. You should be able to print to the IBM now.

Try running couple of these test, to see if it might be another issue.
It should be printing these test at 1500 Line Per Minute... ?
1500LPM is at 10CPI if you have (Font size: 6, 8, 12, 14) it will make a difference.
Change your driver to Generic/Text, rerun your report... any difference?
