a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Remove the old mater on drum and clean your master incoder strip and sensor. Look also at your drum clamp and bend the 2 sides of the 2 arms a bit up that goes under the clamp unit so that it can open a bit wider. let me know if you still struggling.

I am having the same issue. This is where I get a bit lost 'Once the preasure roller is back down look into the machine, there is a gear with 2 holes in it.The hole on the left must be in line with the hole in the frame, the hole on the right on the gear must not line up to any holes but show to the exit side on the machine.'
I am working on a Riso GR3770, but should be somewhat similar-I hope.
Are you able to explain where this 'gear with 2 holes in it is'.
Many thanks. Josh
