Viewsat platinum receiver

hey guys idownloaded  software for my receiver like i always do when dish network channels go down ,but this time after i downloaded the software ,and im sure its the right one ,the screen on the tv would shiver and the display screen on the receiver would also shiver ,and it wil also give no signal or no pic till now thers no picture at all,on the tv and on the diplay screen on the receiver ,i tried downloading another newer ,and older software to the receiver but it would take nothing ,what should i do guys ??
