Here is a link to your owner's manual... http://184.108.40.206/manuals/123919-01A.PDF. Look on page 8 and 10. It could be several things. It could only be a dirty fuel filter or the pump pressure may just need adjustment. Drain the air out of the supply line at the bulk tank shutoff valve; there should be a small hex plug for doing this. On the bottom right hand side of the heater is a round hole that allows access to a finger pump for the fuel; press this three times slowly. Heater should start!
