SOURCE: Touch pad very pale
When you say it is pale.... Do you mean you can not read it? There is a display adjustment on the control pannel. If you have adjusted it to the max, you most likely have a blown back light Lamp.

Machine is still saying to exchange toner because toner is not feeding into the machine.
to supply the toner always do this,
1-insert the new toner bottle in the toner section and close the cover.
2-Press "Utility/Counter" Button.
3-click on "USER CHOICE" or "USER SETTING"
4-click on "Toner Supply"
5-Toner bottle will start moving and hence the error message will not appear again.

SOURCE: how to fix error c-1183
This code is for a bin/tray raising or lowering failure in the finisher. This can be caused by either the trays not being fully inserted into the finisher or something stropped the bins from raising or lowering. Check the trays and make sure they are as close to the finisher/fully installed as possible. Then turn off then back on the main power switch (NOT the stand by one on the control panel)
You should see the bins raising and lowering into their home position.
