Broke lock on top

Where can I buy a new lid/top/chute? I broke the locking part when it slipped out of my hand.

The lock on the lid broke. I superglued it and it worked for a little while.

My lid broke too, but at the place above where the chute connects to the cover. Have emailed black and decker about replacement but can't find the place where to order online.

For your protection this appliance has an interlock system. The processor will not operate unless the workbowl, cover and wide-mouth feed chute are properly locked in place.

New magimix won't start

It is most likely the way the bowl and lid are set.

Facing the machine:
the bowl locks in, with the handle to your right directly above the switches. The lid has a double tab...see underside of the top of the lid. Place the lid on tightly with both tabs locked into bowls handle. It really clicks in.

Just purchased Oster 3322 food processor and cannot get it to work. Have used various brands and know that this unit has been properly assembled. Neither the 'on' or 'pulse' buttons will activate the...

Oster is a good brand. Unplug it and try to turn thhe motor by han using an attachment. Or, tap the unit with a run button depredded. Here is why. Sometimes new brushes on a motor have a coating on the conrtact surface. It is vry thin and it is not permitting a good electrical contact. If you can't turn the motor, slap it a couple of times with it on. Once it starts, let it run for 2 or3 minutes and you troubles are over once the brushesseat and clean up. Good luck and remember to unplug when hands are on or near the attachments.
