Why the picture is not clear when near to it

Do you mean that close-ups of objects are out of focus ? If so, this may be because you are closer than the lens's closest focusing distance.
If you mean that prints do not appear sharp, you may be suffering from camera shake, if you are using a long shutter speed, or if you are looking at a large print, or a portion of an image blown up, you may be closer than the optimum viewing distance.

THE LCD PICTURE IS CLEAR AND WHEN I PUSH THE BUTTON TO SHOT, IT STARTED TO BLURD THE PICTURE AT LCD AND PICTURE RESULT ALSO IS BLURD.

Hi chicbenzon_1 ,

The LCD picture is clear indicates that the lens is clear enough to capture the image, if there would be any disturbance on the lens you would come to know on the LCD itself.

When you push the button to shoot , it could be that you are pressing the button just half way which is a function used to focus on the object before full press of the button or actual shot of the image.

I would recommend you to half press the button till you focus on your image and then when your hands are steady and there is no shake on the camera , go ahead and press the button full which would result in the image being taken.

Hope this helps ...:)

You have to know the MODE your camera is in. If you have it in the wrong mode you may not be able to take a photo in some conditions. You typically cannot take a photo of the moon on any auto setting the moon will be a white blob. The moon almost has to be taken manually.

We just bought d90 nikon camera and we found a small half-round shadow at the bottom of the pictures taken when we dont use the zoom lens, how do we correct this?

Are these pictures taken using the built-in flash and with the hood on the lens? If so, you're seeing the shadow of the lens hood.

Remove the lens hood when using the built-in flash.

Pictures turning out dark, LCD not adjusting

CCD sensor problems usually present themselves as either a blank image, purple cast, or lines through the image. Incorrect exposures are usually a result of the lens shutter failing to open and close correctly. Typically, the lens is not servicable and they need to be replaced.

My d40 has a image in viewfinder, will not take picture.

What lens are you using with the D40? Is it an AF-S lens? And is the Mirror Lockup on? Chech the Custom Settings menu. If mirror lockup is on, turn it off.

Focus

Your problem could be caused by one of several things. The lens may be out of adjustment or have a loose mount. The camera also had problems with the mirror hinges. Look into the mirror area with the lens off to see if the mirror is square within the mount ring.

Very long shutter release delay

This is weird, usually shutter delays are caused because camera is trying to focus first, it really shouldn't happen after pre-focus. do you have a manual focus mode? if you do, try it and see if it works. if you dont, I would still suspect it some kind of focusing problem, but unfortunalty i have no idea how you can fix it yourself.

On a D-565 camera, The Macro Mode operating range is 8 inches to 20 inches. This means the camera must be between 8 inches and 20 inches away from the subject for a picture to be in focus.
