Print a demo sheet.
1. Verify that inkjet paper is loaded in the paper tray.
2. Press and hold Scan + Copy/Resume simultaneously until the On/Off light flashes green.
Does a blank print appear? If so:
How did the paper exit your printer?

If quickly and smoothly, contact Kodak at 1-800-421-6699.
To expedite the call, provide the agent with the one of the following reference IDs - PH02 for image quality problems or BP01 for problems with blank prints.
If slowly and in increments, reference BP02
