Question about HP PSC 1401 All-In-One Printer
I have a HP PSC 1401 ALL IN ONE, I HAVE IT HOOKED UP AND IT SAYS I AM USING THE CORRECT DRIVER , IT WILL PRINT OK BUT WHEN I GO TO SCAN IT DOES NOT WORK AND IT SAYS TO CHECH TO MAKE SURE IT IS ON AND ALSO IF IT IS CONNECTED TO PC CORRECTLY. COULD ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM? THANKS
Scaning software is different (additional to) print driver, you need to download scanning software for your model and install (hp website)
