Scanjet 4570c not working on OSX 10.7.5

Download Windows Vista version (32 bit or 64 bit) depending on your Windows 7/8.0/8.1 (32 bit or 64 bit) from: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=77368&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us
Then, extract the file that you download "setup_basic_4500_500.exe" using WinRAR to Desktop.
Next, go to Control Panel then Device Manager. You will see the scanner "hp" under Other devices with error. Right click on it then select update driver software. Select Browse my computer for driver software. Click Browse and point it to the folder on your desktop that contains extracted files. You can make sure to check on include subfolders.
That will install the driver perfectly fine under windows 8.1 in my case 64 bit.

If you are under Windows 7 , it's because HP doesn't produce anymore drivers for your unit beyond VISTA .
Download the latest driver available from here : http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=77368&
and try running your scanner with it . If you don't succeed , try in compatibility mode .
If it still doesn't work please don't blame me , blame HP .

Download the lastest driver and software. Remove the old driver and software Reinstall new.

Not worth fixing. The bulb is wearing out and you can't buy them.

You will not find drivers for this old scanner. Sorry but this scanner is not compatible with Tiger, Leopard, or Snow Leopard, and HP offers no drivers other than for OSx 8.0 & 9.0 which are 10 years old. Time to purchase a new scanner.

Contact HP for warranty services, if it's still new and covered.
You will likely get a replacement unit or factory refurbished replacement.
If out of warranty you will likely have to buy a new one.

I have HP scanjet but unfortunately i dont have the driver CD and it is not written anywhere to show HP scan model except this number C7710A. Which driver works on type of scanjet using windows XP
