Toshiba Satellite C855-S5214 When a friemd sends emails from macbook pro, my computer does not pull up a whole page. My friend says I have to set up the computer to receive HTML. I don't how to set up for Hotmail.

i took my laptop to circuit city for some issues and it was returned with no sound working. They, of course, said they didn't do anything. Works great other than no sound.

Go to this website: http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp# and find the download tab. Select your category and find the sound driver to download. Once it's download, install it and restart your computer to take effects.

NOTE: If the driver is incorrect, your PC will be at risk.

maybe the usb drive that u have now.. is in the raw files and theres nothing you can do.. you should replace the usb drive.. but try to insert that one in other pc. if it will read.. try to check the setup of your laptop

If you have a backup, you can do that, off your hard drive. Otherwise, you will need to get a replacement disk from Toshiba.
