My hinge broke on my Sony VAIO and the solution I found was to purchase the Service Manual for the laptop then take the laptop apart and find out which part number the hinge was. Then purchase the hinge directly from USA, which took 1 week to come through and mended the laptop myself.
Sony are doing this to everyone who has problems with the hinges of the laptops as they state the guarantee covers everything EXCEPT the hinges. If you can get proof from a pc repair shop that the hinges are a design flaw then Sony will repair it free of charge, but they will still request a Diagnostic fee which will be refunded if the problem you described turns out to be true.
You need to open the pc and then refix all the components inside. verify also the memory chips, remove it and clean and then fix it back. if your noise maybe the hard drive got error. please tell me whats going after you do the solution.

While I can't find your specific model, this page lists a number of various models and ways to take them apart for different items. Since your laptop is not listed, just find another model in the same design/size format, and that may show you how to remove your keyboard as well:
