Question about HP Photosmart 3310 Printer
I have a HP model 3310 photosmart all in one printer and this error message has come up on the screen and I cant get the printer to reset
If you can do so, go through the menu options and look for the ' restore to factory defaults option and do it.
Does it have memory ports to plug in or expand memory? if so, try turning off any optionsd to use expanded memory. Also, check the website, there maybe a simple soution available there.
Check for Firmware updates as well.
