I had the same problem last year, I was messing around with the security part of my phone and I dialed in the wrong code so many times that my SIM card locked up on me and I couldn't call or text anyone, except to only 911. that is what is happening to you. Since your SIM card is locked since you punched in the wrong PUK code, call your cell phone customer service, explain the situation, and what they did with me is they sent out a new SIM card in the mail to me. They would probably do the same thing to you as well. and when you get your new SIM card you would have to call your cell phone company customer service and have the SIM card activated. Next time don't mess around with the security part of your phone and don't dial in any wrong codes that you don't know of. I learned my lesson when it happened to me. I went with a prepaid cell phone company and they said that if I did it again that they wouldn't give me another SIM card and I would have to purchase a new phone. good luck :-)
If you don't want to receive text or call from a particular person try this 1. ignore that person don't read his incoming message if only you can do that but make sure you memorize his number or assigned a code so that every time he text you already know who he is..2. If you don't wan to receive calls from that person if you that he is calling don't answer his calls or divert his calls to other number so every time he is calling his calls diverted to other number if you have a police number divert it there..and for the worst 3. Change your number and make sure he will never know again your new number so he won't be able to bother you again.. Hope it can help you..
try to call ur phone, if it rings & u could answer the call it means that the problem is the flex cable on the slider but if you cannot call ur number then the software is messed up. A software reflash/reprogram is needed. Call the Motorola or go to a local repair shop.
I'm not pretty sure, but I think it may be helpfull to ask a dealer from your network, if the internet works on your phone...if it does, then get a browser, and a link and download...but if you'd ask me, I'd get the tone via bluetooth...from my computer :P
