If you have not already done so, download the Catalyst Control Center from ATI's website. This will include drivers and ATI's management interface, this should also give you 3D acceleration capability. If you are using a 32-bit Operating System like Vista, the driver is here"

*Note from ATI: must use the ATI Catalyst 9.3 or earlier driver.
This device is now considered a legacy device from ATI, so only use up to v9.3!
