The BEST way to resolve this is to go back to Big Fish Games website and contact their Tech Support people for a fix. Be sure to tell them which version of Windows you have!
You haven't told us which version of Windows you are using. Atlantis Quest (similar to Jewel Quest match-3 game?) is an older game. If you are using Windows 10, you may need to use Windows Compatibility settings. This will make the game "think" it's running on Windows 7 or 8. There's also, I think, an Atlantis Quest game which is a time-management game, and it may also need a compatibility setting in Windows.
My girlfriend has played a lot of different Big Fish games. Some needed compatibility setting or another adjustment. There have been one or two over the years which simply refused to work, no matter what, but that's rare!

Hello,
You will have to get in contact with Big Fish Games to stop this. If you can not get in contact with Big Fish Games, if you call your credit card company and explain the situation, they will put a block on the transaction and once the Big Fish Games sees the money is being rejected, they will stop or try to contact you and then you can give them an ear full.
You can contact Big Fish Games here:http://bigfishgames.custhelp.com/app/ask/session/L3RpbWUvMTMxNTk3ODEyNi9zaWQvYkdCQVkxRWs%3D
Another thing to note: If you know you never purchased games from the Big Fish Games company, your credit card information may have been leaked at some other website or store you have been to and now the thief is "testing" to see if the account is active by using it on websites such as Big Fish Games. You may want to get a new card and cut this one up.
