GBC Shredmaster 5270M gears are locked up

I believe your GBC Shredmaster 5270M should work after the following steps:

Check the drive belt - If the blades are not turning, the problem could be with the drive belt. To access the drive belt, you may need to disassemble the shredder. Look for any signs of wear or damage on the belt. If the belt is damaged or worn, it will need to be replaced.

Inspect the motor - If the blades are not turning, the problem could also be with the motor. Check the motor for any signs of damage or wear. You may also want to check the motor brushes to ensure they are making proper contact with the motor. If the motor is damaged, it will need to be replaced.

Test the shredder without load - Try running the shredder without paper or other material in the blades. If the blades turn, then the issue may be related to the shredder being overloaded with too much material. Reduce the amount of material being fed into the shredder at one time.

Check the circuit board - If the motor is not receiving power, it could be due to a problem with the circuit board. You may need to take apart the shredder to access the circuit board and inspect it for damage. If the circuit board is damaged, it will need to be replaced.

My heavy duty GBC 111PM-3 Electric Comb Hole Punch is stuck - how do I get it unstuck?

Question edited for clarity.

Not much on clearing jams. You could contact then direct. You will probably need to remove the base. Hit the punches with a centre punch. One thing you could try is spaying the punches and the document with WD40 and leave is overnight. My theory is that it will lubricate the punches and they will pop up. I would also suggest pulling out and tearing all of the sheets from the front one at a time. That will ease the friction.

A USB cable is jammed in the paper feed. Is there a way to remove it?

If the cable got jammed it's jammed, you should disassemble the printer to remove it so not to do more damage. Quite probably you can't do it yourself, so take your printer to an authorized repair service

I have a Bostitch Framing Nailer F21PL and an employee placed the wrong nails and now i have two nails jammed, i want to fix myself. Any suggestions are appreciated.

first disassemble the bottom 4 screws and behind the nail transporter after that disassemble the front and look how the nails are jammed with a little screwdriver or pincer or any tool that can be used , the quality of the steel is good of the steel don,t be affraid but if the pinion is jammed in the guide make it a little hotwarm and spray some lubrication on it on that place and try to with a light hammer and a flat pinpunch to to beat back the pinion(driver) at last disassemble the top to remove the pinion driver observe this for damages on the point replace if something is strange on the point or the pinion is benden but thats not happens oft.

I have thread jammed in the bobin and the needle will not go up or down. What can I do?

Use a needle and tweezers to remove the jammed thread. If the jam is severe, you'll need to remove the bobbin and try to access the jamming thread. Is you can't get it that way you'll have to remove the very small screws and disassemble the bobbin carriage. Put a magnet close to the screws youa re removing because it is so, so easy to lose them.
Good Luck!

Paper is jam under the roll

You have to disassemble the printer to effectively remove an 1100 jam...
The covers have to be removed and the fusing assembly needs to be partially disassembled.

You probably need a service manual... This printer is not simple to take apart.

It is probably cheaper to get another one on Ebay.

Printer wont rest after removing paper jam

If you did not get ALL the jammed sheet out, there is still a small piece of paper in there somewhere, probably covering a sensor or micro switch. Get a torch and look carefully. If youu don't find anything you may need to disassemble the printer to find it
