Bosch Countertop dishwasher - Model: 900...

Hi,

I am hoping that you can you help me, please. I have a Bosch dishwasher; which I bought for my mum, who has severe arthritis in her hands and finds it difficult to wash up; it's a small one which sits on the countertop. The problem is that when I switch it on, it fills OK, but it won't wash, and it no longer pumps the water out. Although I have cleaned the filters, etc, it doesn't appear to have solved the problem. Can anyone kindly shed some light on what the problem could be, please. I would like to try and resolve the problem myself, as I cannot afford to call someone in to repair it.

Any advice would be very gratefully received.
