The following works on devices with iOS7
1. go to the homescreen by pressing the home button
2. launch the "Settings" app
3. search on the left side for "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" and tap on
4. on the right side you will see "Accounts"
5. tap on the account name you would like to remove
6. the account details will appear (ie. your email address)
7. on the bottom you will have a "Delete Account" button.
8. By taping the button you can delete the account.
Be ware an account can be associated with multiple apps not only email. By deleting the account you will not receive associated calendars, notes, or contacts.
If you would like to remove only the emails associated with one account you should switch off the email option for that account on the same screen that appears at step 6.
If you accidently deleted items like Emails, contacts, calendar, tasks, etc from your mailbox using Outlook, you can recover them as they are first transferred to the Deleted Items folder of that mailbox. But even if you delete them from the Deleted Items folder you can still recover them. This feature is enabled by default in Outlook 2007 but if you are using 2003 then you'll have to modify System registry. Enabling recovery of deleted items in Outlook 2003 1. To delete photos, first press the Playback (looks like the Play button on most recorders) button. This is above the main menu wheel. Use the left and right arrows to move to other shots (you start at the most recent picture). Then press the button that looks like a picture frame in a trash can. Confirm that Erase is the chosen function and press Func./Set button. Press Cancel to avoid deleting the picture.
