Problem for Sony Ericsson K610i Cellular Phone

When i try and open my games or applications folder on my Sony Ericsson K610i it says 'operation failed'. I looked on Google for possible solutions and followed the steps (flash main & FS, Custpack) but now my phone is a K610im. How did my phone change the model!? Is there any way I can get my phone back to normal?
