ok last week i wanted to move my modem to a different place so i unpluged it so i plug it back in at the same place but now the internet went from 150/kbs to 35 or below kb/s

I believe you modem is fine. If you can access the internet but slow please try upluging the modem,unplug your firewall if you have one connected,unplug your hub and shut down your computer all at the same time. Wait five minutes then turn each piece of equipment on one at a time.
