Problem for Philips TV / PC Video / FM Graphic Card
Fan problem with an ATI graphics card in a Philips PC
Hi there - I have problem with a Philips Freevents 2600 tower PC, in that no video is being output. Looking at the ATI graphics cardthe small fan seems to be locked - and does not move when the PC is started up.
If the fan is the problem, can it be replaced, or does the whle card need to be swapped out?

If only the fan is the problem, it can easily be replaced by someone who knows what he's doing.
Unless you have a lot of experience with things like this, I do not recommend you do it yourself, as there is a risk of you breaking the card. I would suggest you take it to a computer shop and ask someone there to do it for you.
If replacing the fan doesn't get it to work, the card is probably broken, and you will need a new one.
