No, there is no way to recover it. Your only choice is to let it fail 10 times and it will erase your data. Then restore it from your last backup. If your BlackBerry is on a BES ( BES BlackBerry Enterprise Server ), the BES Administrators could possibly send out a password reset command with a temporary password to your device. If this is the case, contact your internal Help Desk or BES Admin.
