Problem for Epson Stylus Photo R1800 InkJet Printer

Hi I have just fitted an ink waste tank and cleaned my print heads and now the top 2 lights are alternatly flashing red and the printer software says some parts are at the end of their servicable life. What can I do to get this working again?
