Will not boot give error code one long bee...

will not boot give error code one long beep tone 2 short no screen no HD or display Tone will not happen if Memory is out .
HD is not powering up not backlight to screen no fan sound
this is a Toshiba Satellite 1405-S151 some has ask me to look in to.I have tested system with the memory out and the HD no beep tone when both are out but tone does sound with memory in and HD out.
Can not find error code for Bios tones
Also I can not get CD drive to eject during book thinking Bios could be bad
