Problem with Apple Logitech Freedom 2.4 Cordless Joystick (T6050LL/A)
The zero on my logitech rumblepad 2 & on my logitech freedom 2.4 have drifted off center. At one time I found an article about resetting the zero on the rumble pad by pressing buttons (1&4?) while inserting the batteries. Can someone help me find that article again & is there a similar method to zero the freedom 2.4?

Have you tried using the Logitech calibration uninstall tool that erasers all joystick calibration from windows.
Download and run the Logitech Clear calibration (LWS_CLRC.EXE).
The Clear calibration Utility was developed by Logitech to resolve calibration problems with Logitech digital gaming devices.
NOTE: This utility strips all calibration information in the Windows Registry for all gaming devices. This
includes any non-Logitech gaming devices that have been installed.
You may also want to uninstall and reinstall the Joystick Software as well. In some cases, if the calibration issue is within a game, you could try uninstalling and reinstall the
game.
Please refer to your game manufacturer for instructions on
uninstalling or configuring the game.
Note: This calibration tool specifically mentions the Wingman Joystick, However, it works for ALL Logitech and NON logitech Gaming Joysticks and Gamepads.
