How do I get rid of this: http://p2426.superclick.com/superclick/recurring.php?... the first time, if I click on it a second time, it will open

When I click on a link that is on my Facebook page, I get a page whose address starts with " http://p2426.superclick.com/superclick/recurring.php?..." The page says, "This webpage has a redirect loop". Then, if I go back and click on the link again, it will open the second time. How do I fix this? This just started a couple of weeks ago.

SOURCE: wireless connection problem

Hi,

A couple of things you can try:
1. Set static IP address on your WiFi Card including your ISP's DNS;
2. In your browser, go to Tools, Options, Advanced, Setting and check/tick "Auto-detect Proxy settings for this connection"
3.  If you have  the option to Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections, check/tick that also;
4. Right click on your WiFi networking icon and click on repair;
5. Google, download & merge to your registry "winxp_dnscache.zip" which is a patch for Win 2k/XP not to cache failed DNS entries.

Hope this be of some help/idea. Pls post back how things turns up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

SOURCE: Facebook page opens blank

I had this problem for a while. Chrome uses some of the IE parameter files so I cured it by re-installing IE6 and it worked fine after that.

You can try three things, first, download and install the latest version of Flash
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
If that doesn't work, try reinstalling your browser, from that error code it looks as if your using a Mozilla based browser, probably Firefox, Sea Monkey or Flock?
Download the latest version of Firefox here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/firefox.html
Download the latest version of Flock here: http://flock.com/
Download the latest version of Sea Monkey here: http://www.seamonkey-project.org/
Third you can try downloading and using a different browser. there are several that I would recommend:
Safari: http://www.apple.com/safari/
Google Chrome: http://www.google.com/chrome
or Opera: http://www.opera.com/
Hope this helps!

Hi Sir,

First, please try hitting the link: http://www.facebook.com/reset.php

Second,
If first step doesn't works, just do the following:
1. Close all Internet Explorer windows

3. Click on "Tools" menu
4. Click on "internet options" submenu, you'll get a new small dialog with many tabs and buttons
5. Click on "Delete Cookies", "Delete Files" one-by-one and wait till the command finishes.
6. Click on "OK" (dialog box will close)
6. Close the internet explorer window
7. Open a new internet explorer window again and hit http://www.facebook.com/reset.php

Hope it resolves your problem.

Thanks and regards.

Trying to get a virus removed from my computer

Here's a few scanners to try out.

Windows OneCare safety scanner (Use Internet Explorer to open and run this scanner):

http://safety.live.com

ESET NOD32 Anti-Virus Online Scan (Use Internet Explorer to open and run this scanner):

http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/

Then I recommend you download and install the following applications:

Free trial of ESET NOD32 (Yeah, you just scanned, however that scanner doesn't run a startup scan like the software-version):

http://www.eset.com/products/nod32.php

Ad-Aware Free:

http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php

Spybot Search & Destroy:

http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-amp-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html?tag=mncol

AVG Anti-Rootkit Free:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/AVG-Anti-Rootkit.shtml

I HIGHLY recommend that you install all these scanners before scanning anything. Make sure to restart after each installation, regardless if they ask you to restart or not. Do not run either the online or offline scanners at the same time, they will cause a conflict. So please remember, run each scanner at least once, but one at a time. That includes the downloaded scanners and the online scanners. Don't run either at the same time.

Let us know how it works for you, hope you get this problem resolved.
