SOURCE: HP LASERJET 4250n PRINTER-PROBLEM WITH PAPER JAMS AND "FUSER ERROR"

Put a maintence kit in your machine, easy install, everything just clicks in, Every 200 000 prints it should be done, it includes the fuser, all feed rollers, sep pad and transfer roller.

These are great printing machine, they only ever need the MK and on this model a fuser drive gear wears and get noisy, but once that has been done once, it is ok from then on.
KIts seem expensive but they are meant to last 200 000 prints and usally do. These are one of the best most reliable printers in the market.

SOURCE: hp 4250 paper jam erro

Is it a new or refurbished fuser? Where exactly does it jam. By trays, registration or before fuser? Problem can be with various sections. Need to know more.

SOURCE: Error 13.20.00 on HP laserjet 5200 jam inside top

This is a common issue and most times a bear to repair. There is a sensor flag mounted on the paper feed assembly behind tray 1 which has a habit of either coming off or the spring which moves it back a forth comes out of its holder. In any case it is one of the worst repairs you have to do. Many items have to come off to get to it and getting that flag and spring on correctly even with the instructions is difficult. Usually what will happen is you get the 13.20.00 error on power up with no motor movement and when you open and close the top cover, the motor will move but the same error reappears. If you are lucky it is just a case of a shred of paper blocking the sensor flag from moving and worst case of the flag having come off. You will need the service manual and check the removal and replacment section on the paper feed assembly and play close attention to the 3rd page.

sometimes this error also appears if a wrong fuser is installed in ur printer that is not ur model number.... have it checked
thank you have a nice day

SOURCE: HP P2015 Intermittent paper jam lite on solid.

Remove the covers and thoroughly clean the inside of your printer. Vacuum it out and wipe it down. Then examine the sensors and their wiring connectors. Intermittent problems are difficult at best. I suspect a thorough cleaning will eliminate it.

SOURCE: A HP Color Laserjet 3000n has the following errors

Perry,
Usually I have found that there is a scrunched up piece or bit of paper in the fuser.
I am adding a link below that will take you through the step-by-step process and you should find the source of the problem. Be careful when touching the fuser that thing gets HOT!!

Paper Jam. It starts printing and stops half way through its print cycle, says paper jam, in fact their is no jam.

check if this is happening from all trays... if such clean the paper feed rollers... if still happening clean any other rollers in paper path... if still happening then you have a bad sensor that keeps tripping at the wrong time... but more than likely this is only occuring with one tray... clean your feed rollers and it should be ok... still not ok... then replace feed rollers... there is also the possibility that your fuser is shot... your can tell if your fuser is shot if... when you put your hand near it... it doesn't feel like it could burn you... if you can actually get to touch it and its cool to the touch... then you got a bad fuser...

What is media jam fuser error

It means there is a paper jam in the fuser (the hot part that fixes the toner to the paper).
Check if there is any sheet jammed inside your printer or if any sensor is in the wrong position.
If everything seems to be ok, you may need to replace the fuser.

Media Jam- Fuser

thx m8. Media jam: Fuser i had...
new there was no paper jam so looked about for the sensor and found that the little arm thing that gets liffted up as the paper pass was not falling back down so it thought the paper had jamed. i just took the back panal off and put a small bit of soft foam under it so it always got pushed back up.
works a treat now.
thx again

Paper Jam

The fuser unit has a pape sensor. If, for some reason, the sensor is stuck, the printer will read a paper jam. Open the rear door and inspect the paper sensor located in the fuser assembly. See if it came out of it's original position or if there is something blocking it from moving freely. Good luck.
