Question about Saeco Incanto Classic Espresso Machine

1 Answer

Saeco Incanto will not power on.

Machine will not power up. The problem happened while decalcifying the machine. During the decalcifying process it just shut off and now will not start. The outlet does have power and I have checked all breakers and GFI interrupts. Other appliances work fine while connected to the same outlet.

Thanks a lot JohnnyBeans. Both breakers where tripped. The machine now powers on.

I now have an issue with coffee not flowing out of the espresso heads. every 4 or 5 cups I brew I get one to come out of the espresso heads, the rest end up in the waste tray. I've cleaned the brew group and just have no idea what is going on. Any clue?

The curcuit breaker on the boiler probably tripped. There are 2 of them on the boiler. You can remove the back cover to access these parts. If you are not comfortable with taking the machine apart, take it to a service center.

Machine is displaying "Decalcify" message; I do not know how to do this
