Will not reset blue light keeps flashing - Galaxy Samsung Cell Phones

Question edited for clarity, your television is 'Nordmende', not 'Norfmende'.

Time for a new one, but try the power reset first as mentioned here.

well most times a flashing blue light means the unit is in Pairing mode, this is a special mode that allows your phone to Pair with it , if it finds nothing to pair with it will continue to look 4 something till you switch it off

if it is a slow flashing that means it is connected
if it is a fast flashing that means it is pairing

Sounds like the battery itself is going bad and needs to be replaced. The blinking lights are a code that you can find at the OEM website and it will tell you exactly what is going on..

Try resetting the drum counter:

open the front cover, press the blue button and keep it pressed until all the LEDs are lit - hold for a few seconds and then close the front cover.

Forgrt it! Our problem is the flashing blue light works and keeps us awake making it necessary to hide the phones in drawers! We can't turn off the flashing blue lights and can't find an answer to this problem.

well when the blue light is on and ur tv is on standby, just use the channel changing button, simple!
