I have a motorola razr v3 and the keypad will not work at all. the phone will receive messages and calls but i cannot answer them. the only button that will work is the power button. please help!!

Try downloading P2k Tools newest version and then connect your phone to your Pc(Make shure you have installed the phone tools first so the computer will recognise the phone) and then when it says connected in P2k just click the pic of your phone and then click restart phone....Don't worry you won't loose anything on your phone or memory card......This program is also used for modifying your motorola, like increaseing the defualt volume level for playback of music and rings and lets you put skins on the phone also..don't try modding your phone before visiting this site..www.ModMyMoto.com..it's all free!
