What is wrong with my TI-89 calculator?

What is wrong with my TI-89 calculator? Whenever I try to calculate something, it gives me the wrong answer.
For example, 160 divided by 50 will come up as 16/5.
The calculator seems to be simplifying everything I put into it, rather than actually calculating it.
I tried resetting it by press 2nd, Mem, F1 and resetting everything I could but it still doesn't work.
How do I fix this?

oookhh ya thanku actually my exmaz r ova..so now i dont need it 2 practise but when some prob ill look at ur website..ok
