Question about Computers & Internet
You may need to clear all your temp files as you may have corrupt cookies, firstly download this free programme called Ccleaner and run the cleaner and the registry checker
Next make sure that both your anti virus and antispyware programme is upto date and run a scan, if your Norton is out of date and you want to use a free programme, download AVG Free, its excellent and with free updates, but uninstall Norton before you install AVG as your system will freeze up.
next open your web I.Explorer browser, go to tools, internet options, security tab and check it's set at medium.
You should now be able to surf the net with no problem

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
