Bought car from dealer who did a roadworthy after I paid deposit and car not roadworthy after paid full amount
BOUGHT CAR FROM DEALER 25 JAN 2014 AND GOT ROADWORTHY CERTIFICATE AND REGISTRATION DOCUMENT - but can not drive car as there are a bearing problem and I want to give car back to dealer to get my money back - R58005 as I am very unhappy with the engine where it has given problems from day one. The dealer is in Centurion - I do not get any e-mail response from his office.

You would have to sue in small claims court and you would have to prove that the seller knew that it was defective and did not disclose that at the time of sell. Most used cars are deemed by law to be where is as is and buyer beware.
sum thing is draining the battery,cell phone,radio,lights,brake pedal, look around the compartment. then look in the engine compartment see if there is a wire off sum where. lol.
Code numbers are originally supplied in the vehicle literature pack. The literature pack is intended to be kept in the car and the code numbers put is safe keeping away from the vehicle.
If you bought the car new the and didn't get the code or the literature pack the supplier didn't do the job very well and should provide the code free of charge.
If you bought the car secondhand from a dealer and paid top price for it you were overcharged if any of the original equipment including all the keys and the complete literature pack was missing.
If you bought the car privately then it would be worth contacting the previous owner and asking for the missing item(s). The supplying dealer might have kept a record of the code.
If a dealer has to apply to the manufacturer for a radio code they usually charge quite a bit of cash for the service.
There are specialists around who can obtain code numbers, recode or decode radios but these people also charge about half the dealer price.
There are internet sites offering a find your code service for a very low price but the radio will need removing from the car in order to note the serial and model number of the unit.
you have to go to a mitsubishi dealer in your area, report your problem, supply in VIN number, and the dealer will call the appropriate people to get your radio code. They should have your code within a week and it will cost anywhere from $25-$45 to get the code. I know....sounds silly to have to pay for your own code, but thats just how it works. Happened to me. I removed my battery for more than a certain amount of time and it resets all radio functions, code necessary to power back on.
If you paid a dealer to fix this problem I would return to the dealer and let them know when it came back on, they should look at free of charge since you've already paid for this fix. It's not a bad idea to check online at the car manufacturers website for any possible recalls on your particular vehicle. I wouldn't take this lightly as you and your family's safety may be at stake. If you bought the car used you can find out if it's ever been involved in accident by ordering a VIN report online from a company such as autocheck or carfax. If the airbags have ever deployed and were not properly replaced by a certified dealership they could malfunction in the event of a collision.
