I got an unlock code from a website but when I turn the phone on with a SIM it asks for my PUK & then PIN, After inputting both of these, the screen keeps asking me to "verify PIN" If I take out the SIM & then turn on the phone, then it just shows the numeric keypad & "Emergency Calls Only".
Where exactly do I enter the unlock code & does this need to be done before or after the PUK/PIN is entered.

The PUK & PIN codes are Security Codes that are on the SIM card. PIN( Personal Identification Number ) PUK ( Pin Unlock Key). when the PIN code in entred wrong the SIM automatically Blocks the PIN. to unlock the PIN you need to Enter the PUK. but if you enter the PUK wrong the Entire SIM is Locked.
The PIN Code & the PUK codes are Only Known by your Network Provider. you have to get in touch with them to get the codes. how ever if you have PUK blocked you will have to get a replacement SIM
